We offer next day delivery throughout the UK using Royal Mail’s 1pm guaranteed delivery service. To take advantage of this service, you must place your order and make payment before our usual cut off time of 11.30am.
Please note, however, that there may be times when we have an early cut off time due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or postal disruptions. In such cases, we will always update our latest updates page to reflect the revised cut off time.
We recommend checking our News page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes that may impact your delivery. If there are no updates posted, you can assume that our usual cut off time of 11.30am still applies.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the selected delivery option and package weight. The delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the Royal Mail or carrier’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made but no one is available to receive the package, a delivery notification card will be left. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection with the courier.
